Role Description:

The Systems engineer works as a team member in the design, installation and set-up of network communication solutions. He is also responsible for the maintenance of already deployed hardware or network systems. This may include upgrading the LloydAnt’s communications infrastructure (in-house or on client-site) or troubleshooting the existing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolves network faults
  • Oversees security of all systems including the installation of antivirus, etc.
  • Executes network maintenance and upgrades
  • Provides technical support to users
  • Trains service desk technician on first level network support
  • Ensures day-to-day administration and monitoring of network activities
  • Plans future upgrades and extensions, proffers best practice technological solutions to mitigate business challenges
  • Installs new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
  • Sets up user accounts, permissions and passwords for networks and network facilities

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Advanced experience /certification on any or combination of CompTia A+, Cisco CCNA or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certifications - MCSA would be an added advantage
  • Experience with UniFi solutions would be an added advantage
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in network support operations would be an added advantage

Skills:

Role Description:

The Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of system tests – on simple to complex implementations. He /She interacts with software end users, software support and software developers to understand software functionality, strengths and weaknesses. The QAC Analyst develops software quality standards to ensure that the best possible service is provided to all internal and external software users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans executes and documents software tests for functional regression and performance control.
  • Takes ownership of quality in all assigned service areas.
  • Identifies and recommends new and optimal testing strategies and techniques.

  • Review user requirement documents to ensure that requirements are testable

Role Description:

The Operations Intern provides second level technical support to the Service Desk Technicians, Quality Assurance, Solution Delivery. He/She facilitates the initial assessment, research, and resolution of basic to complex incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components and its delivery to clients. Furthermore, the Intern assist the core functions of Operations in its delivery of solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility
  • Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude
  • Ensures the end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for the customer
  • Analyzes and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution
  • Works with Network engineers in designing, and deploying network systems to client’s site.
  • Assists in troubleshooting network systems in client’s sites.
  • Assists in ensuring that machines and equipment’s used for rendering solutions to clients are in perfect conditions.
  • Liaises with solution delivery in ensuring that clients’ needs are met timely and qualitatively
  • Assists quality assurance in ensuring effective deployment of solution to clients.

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduates of higher institutions. A degree is not always necessary, though graduates (particularly those with relevant qualifications) may be preferred.
  • Prior work experience gained in any position involving working with teams or analytical skills is advantageous.
